세미나의 주제는 세계 각지의 해양쓰레기 최신 논문 중 모니터링, 미세플라스틱, 플라스틱 오염, 정책, 시민 과학, 빅 데이터, AI 등 다양하게 다루고 있습니다. 오션이나 파트너 기관에서 한 명이 발제자로 나서 내용을 상세히 소개합니다. 발제 이후에는 모두가 함께 공부하고 토론하는 시간을 갖습니다. 또한, 세미나의 내용은 한글로 요약 정리하여 홈페이지에 게시하고 유튜브 채널에 녹화 영상으로 공유합니다.

Are you aware that OSEAN hosts weekly seminars? Every first Tuesday of the month, we conduct an international seminar in English in collaboration with our ’Asia Pacific Civil Forum on Marine Litter (APML)‘ members, while the remaining Tuesdays are in Korean.
Our seminars cover a wide range of topics related to marine debris (litter), including the latest research on monitoring, microplastics, plastic pollution, policies, citizen science, big data, and AI. Each seminar is led by a presenter from OSEAN or a partner organization who thoroughly introduces the topic and contents. Following the presentation, there is a time for everyone to study and discuss the topic together. Additionally, seminar contents are summarized in Korean and posted on our website, and recorded videos are shared on our YouTube channel.
